We can now start the search for Highwaymen stations, minor strongholds which they use to control the roads. Looting their big guns will give us something to arm our craft with. It is more likely than not we'll eventually find something. However, once we secure trusted suppliers of air ordnance, Highwaymen will be scared and our searches less fruitful.
