This thing barely flies, but it can easily riddle you full of bullet holes. Bandits and punks can own such propeller planes for terror and scouting purposes, not to mention ther rush of sheer adrenaline. Watch out for its radar circle - it will actively attack you. (Acc +10, Dodge +10)
