Country bandits, aka Ruffians, travel across land in these armored convoys (or their nautical equivalents), looking for trouble. Said trouble can be one of our Hideouts. If they will find it, they will raid it, and in great numbers. Be careful, their armored cars can launch rockets at our craft (but cannot navigate into our Hideout).
