STATUS: IMPERIAL ALLIED RACE
Toguans, aka Chtonites, were an independent race before they destroyed their homeworld with nuclear warfare. They survived by descending below the surface. Faced with hardships, they decided to swear allegiance to Star Gods in exchange for much-needed technology. Nevertheless, they were allowed a certain level of autonomy. Togua is riddled with tunnels, and its inhabitants are prized throughout the Empire for their expertise in underground engineering, mining, tunnel warfare, as well as survival in hostile environments. This reputation made Togua a very rich planet with many off-world colonies.
