These veteran Sky Ninjas have devoted themselves to mastering the 'shadow art', which is a strange mental discipline, taught by their patron, the 'Invisible Templar'. It is not a technology in a normal sense; their weirdly tittilating suits hold no secret invisibility fields. Their art is about influencing minds in a way that makes people (and strangely, even machines) fail to notice them, even in plain sight. The art also makes their minds perfectly still, making them immune to panic, and even mental detection. The whole thing is bizarre and the price of scrambling your brain in such a way - is, in my opinion, too high to pay for the benefit.
