The Cybermites are already a legend on the robe rock scene, and the spectacular success of its new album 'Dark Side of Phobos' may well skyrocket them even higher! The album is a modern retelling of the classic tale of Knights of Cydonia, ancient Earthlings who were the first to answer the Star Gods call and pledged loyalty to them on Mars, where they went in a makeshift vessel. As the group's frontman explained, it provides the most enticing story to tell, with all its action, conflict, spirituality and rich characters, and therefore made perfect material for music.
'It was a very hard task', he said, 'but I think we nailed it. We've never learned so much before, but it was also great fun.'
