These missions are flown by Spartans, Raiders, Govt. After watching several Light Gunboats circling around, watch out for the main dish - a Military Transport, laden with low-tech but plentiful military gear. It can be blown out of the sky, but definitely has to eventually stop somewhere, and for a fair duration.
