In Shadowrealms, this outfit behaves more normally (the Hellerium metabolic engineering being lost), but has two major advantages: its Rosarius causes Plasma damage and costs Fresh to use (no HP); also the outfit does not cause any HP loss over time, nor extra Fresh loss.
