The second, smaller moon in the sky is actually a huge orbital city, housing over 2 millions of inhabitants. It is Earth's primary commercial hub, connecting her to Empire's network. Most of the city is divided between the Academy, the Church and the Guild, but it is also a home, or at least a haunt, for many aliens from various parts of the Empire.
