To ask Dr. X. nicely about her actions, we need to find her first. Which isn't that easy, since the fools whom we questioned say there are multiple experimental camps she worked at. We could start striking blindly, but the best chance of success would be to capture and interrogate a high-ranked member of the Academy, one of the so-called Espers.
Dr. X is also rumored to be associated with the Humanists, so interrogating these might help us too, unless the rumors are false.
