We have been recognized as adequate Bounty Hunters and now our work can start in the earnest. C-Level missions usually aren't that much harder than D-Level ones, but yield significantly higher prizes. (However, the frequency of D-level missions will now decrease).
This is not, however, the end of our prospects. Upgrading to B-level will be more difficult: we need to get Favors and S-Prizes (require all tier-1 prizes) from all three key customers. We also must confront BH Challenge and find 1 new BH customer. In addition, we need the Persuasion and Camouflage researches completed.
