{ALT}STATUS: CLIENT RACE

When the Star Gods appeared, the homeworld of Blobbers was experiencing growing warfare as its resources were nearing depletion. Star Gods and their Hellerium tech allowed one Blobber faction to subdue all the others. Following the ideals of meritocracy and welfare state, they focused on leisure and intellectual pursuits. They started to expand the size of their brains, now Hellerium-augmented and spilling into their bellies. They got rid of all their appendages except for their heads and reproductive organs. Flying around on grav-belts, they manipulate their surroundings with telekinetic powers. Now, thousands of years later, they face doom as their E511 deposits start to run dry. Blobbers are the most aggressive of Earth's stellar neighbours, sending their warships to take over Guild's Hellerium mines.{ALT}
