Many fresh hires have trouble figuring out which end of the gun should be pointed towards the enemy. With our knowledge of firearms, we can rectify that, up to a point. This Training will make our warriors more confident in using guns and raise their ACC by 10 and REA by 3, but only up to natural starting limits of a given race (it's too basic to overcome these limitations). The cost is $5k on ammo and targets, plus 7 days out of commission.
