This huge 'brain' is de facto a giant VooDoo projector. It is not only very strong, but can perform 4-6 mind control attempts per turn, and thrice as much scares. Cost in Freshness is low (3 or 1, respectively), but having such a stupendous brain extension causes considerable drain on pilots who don't have very high VooDoo Power.
