Allows the Red Mage to use one of her innate powers, The Discipline Of Passion. This ability can be deployed both to stop enemies (it instantly drains a huge amount of TUs and causes some Stun) as well as to buff allies (it restores Morale, Energy and can even close Fatal Wounds, if you're lucky). The Charm damage type makes it tricky to use, though.
The Red Mage can React with this ability.
